Again, telling people what they should drive because it's more efficient is a stupid way of going about things.
What needs to happen if people are serious about saving fuel is to either make SUV's unattractive or to make them more fuel efficient.
they're already ugly as hell but people are still buying them for the DVD players.
Back in the day, most examples of the Australian version of muscle cars were predominantly manual, with the auto versions reserved for girly men
Ah but the difference there is the American muscle cars were supposed to be cheap enough so anyone with a spare couple of grand could pick one up from the showroom and have a 13 second drag monster. Not only were we maybe 4-5 years behind American trends, but cars like the Phase 3 GTHO's, LJ XU1's and E49 Charger's were all made to dominate Bathurst, and had to pass through homologation.

Ugly is in the eye of the beholder. For most people, they probably dont buy SUV's cause they look "sporty" or anything, they look menacing and have alot of road presence. People buy Ford Excursions cause theyre fvcken massive! Same as they buy F350's, Ram 3500's and Silverado 3500's for the same reasons.

Seen a F350 in the carpark the other day and all i can say is WTF!!!!! it was massive this thing just looked so far out of place in between little cars like a Caprice and crewman and Territory:D

Don't worry. The Challenger will be a 2-door coupe.
Ha, its just a name. All of these revivals are BS, becides, all dodge (fords do too) cars look alike anyway. Its just gonna be a normal car... nothing beautiful.
